ABC has just renewed The Rookie for a sixth season.

Brent Huff portrays police officer Smitty, appearing in 32 episodes, plus 4 episodes of the new series The Rookie: Feds.

He is an award-winning actor, writer, and director. He has starred in over 50 movies, and you have seen him in Mad Men, NCIS, The West Wing, Cold Case, JAG, and many more television shows.

Brent's recurring character in The Rookie is an authoritative menace, who makes the viewer smile. He plays it perfectly.
