AMC will be involved in court proceedings this week, in a two-day hearing.

A judge will consider approving a class-action settlement, taking into account an unusually-large number of objections.

This litigation needs to be resolved so AMC can raise capital, and the decision could be critical for it's future.

AMC beat revenue estimates in the first quarter of 2023, and the company is confident box-office revenue will continue to grow.

Aaron Paul Dworkin is a Black, White, Jewish, Irish Catholic, who was adopted as an infant by a Jehovah's Witness family.

His wife, Afa, is an Azerbaijani, Muslim, Jewish, first-generation immigrant.

Their sons are in inter-racial relationships.

They are thankful the United States Supreme Court unanimously ruled that banning inter-racial marriage violates the United States Constitution (1967).

Aaron was President Obama's first nominee to the National Council on the Arts.

He is a consummate violinist, a MacArthur Fellow, and named one of Newsweek magazine's 15 People Who Make America Great.

Honors include Royal Philharmonic Society Honorary Member, a recipient of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Lifetime Achievement Award, and holds The Luise Vosgerchian Teaching Award at Harvard.

Dr. Mark A. Norell, Paleontologist

Dr. Mark A. Norell is acknowledged as one of the most important living vertebrate paleontologists. He is Chairman of Paleontology, and a research associate, at the American Museum of Natural History.

He discovered the first theropod embryo, and credited for the description of feathered dinosaurs.

Dr. Norell's work appears often in major scientific journals, including cover stories in Science, Nature, and his work has been listed by Time magazine as one of the ten most significant science stories three times.

He was named a 'New York City Leader of the Year" three times by the New York Times.

One of his many science books, Discovering Dinosaurs, won Scientific American's 'Young Readers Book of the Year' award.
