Blaine Finch: Kansas Legislature

Attorney Blaine Finch is a member of the Kansas House of Representatives.

He was one of the most consequential advocates for a law to compensate wrongfully-convicted individuals in Kansas.

This law is considered the model in our United States for exoneree compensation.

Representative Finch is a former city commissioner and Mayor of Ottawa, Kansas.
