Angelo Pizzo: Screenwriter, Producer, Director

Angelo Pizzo began his career at Warner Brothers Television, then moved to Time-Life Films.

He and David Anspaugh wrote the movie Hoosiers (1986), which earned two Oscar nominations, and was named best sports film of all time by ESPN and USA Today.

In 1993, Angelo wrote and produced the movie Rudy, and in 2005 he did the same with The Game of Their Lives.
