Although still under construction, Chef Penny Mufuka (#WomenYouShouldKnow) offered me a peek inside her newest restaurant, Aqua Penny's, at Park Place in Leawood, Kansas.

Expect fresh coastal-seafood flown in daily and a full-service raw bar when they open in about 6 weeks.
