AMC will be involved in court proceedings this week, in a two-day hearing.

A judge will consider approving a class-action settlement, taking into account an unusually-large number of objections.

This litigation needs to be resolved so AMC can raise capital, and the decision could be critical for it's future.

AMC beat revenue estimates in the first quarter of 2023, and the company is confident box-office revenue will continue to grow.
