Jason Wiles was first-rate as he joined the Season 19 cast of NCIS (CBS) Monday night, September 27.

As a side note, I fully appreciated the humor when clever writers slipped this in: Fornell, trying to remember a reporter's name (played by Pam Dawber), asks, "Mindy?".
