Kansas Covid-19 Vaccination Plan With Regard to Prison Inmates

The Covid-19 vaccination plan, based on CDC guidelines, includes prison inmates in the second phase of injections.

This places inmates ahead of Kansas residents aged 18 to 64 with severe medical risks, who are in the third phase.

The Kansas Senate is reviewing this in heated discussions.

Location: The United States Penitentiary, Leavenworth, Kansas.
