My subjects are newsmakers: Actors who have starred in Academy Award-winning movies, Olympic gold medalists, book authors, runway fashion models, titans of business, U.S. Surgeon General, and two astronauts. I am an active member of the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television & Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA), and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS).
Gleefully wishing someone, "Happy Memorial Day!", is improper. It is not a joyful holiday.
The day is meant to honor, reflect upon, mourn, and appreciate fallen soldiers.
About the headstone at the bottom, center: 3 Corps Arty Park refers to 3 Corps Artillery Park, World War I.

It was 3 years ago, at Mount Zion Church of God in Christ in Kansas City, Kansas, when Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer signed the bill compensating individuals who have been wrongfully incarcerated.
The Governor apologized to Lamonte McIntyre and Floyd Bledsoe, two wrongfully-convicted people who served time in prison for crimes they did not commit.

Friend, and comedian, Elliott Threatt celebrates his birthday the same way every year: He provides lunch for homeless people.
This year, he collaborated with Hope Faith Ministries, and commissioned Minsky's Pizza to deliver 200 pizzas.
Happy birthday, Elliott!
